These people clocked in but weren't at a listed event, so their hours aren't in any tip pool yet. Assign one and their share is worked out from the hours they actually worked — which also re-splits that pool for everyone else in it.

Nothing changes on the roster until you approve it — until then a dropped shift is still theirs.
Week
Drag a person onto a shift to assign them. Drag a shift to another day to move it. Drag a shift onto “Open” to unassign.
